Privacy and your data
In short: we only collect what you send us in an enquiry, and we use it only to reply and for your stay.

What we collect and why
The enquiry form on this site stores nothing and sends nothing to a server. When you submit it, your own email program opens with a prepared message that you send yourself. We therefore receive your name, email, phone, dates and message only by email, and use them to reply and to prepare your stay.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses in short-lived logs for security and delivery. Cloudflare also counts page visits (Cloudflare Web Analytics): which pages are opened, how fast they load, the browser type and the country. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and builds no visitor profiles.
What we don’t use
No cookies, no ads and no ad tracking. Fonts are served from our own server and photos load nothing from Google. The Google Maps link only opens when you click it.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries as long as we need them to reply and for your stay. Invoicing data is kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to us at info@apartments-heidi.com. You can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
